• This credit will be recovered when they recharge their account after availing the credit.

• Jhotpot Balance credit limit will be changed every month depending on the customers usage and recharge pattern

Ø For Registration in Jhotpot Balance: dial *8811*1# (FOC) or Type “START” send it to 8811

Ø For De-registration from Jhotpot Balance: dial *8811*2# (FOC) or type “STOP” & send it to 8811

Ø To check the Jhotpot Balance : Dial *222*16# (FOC)

•  Jhotpot Balance Can be used for any local voice calls, for any local SMS, and for both voice and bundle SMS purchase

• In the next recharge, the Jhotpot balance (70% of the recharge amount or total credit amount whichever is lower will be applicable ) amount will be deducted from the recharged/refilled amount.

• Customer can enjoy till the maximum/full limit of his/her Jhotpot Balance amount

• Once the Credit amount is fully consumed, no further credit will be allowed till the loan is repaid (partially/totally)
