JOB #01
1. Job Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
2. Educational Requirements:
The candidates must have Graduation from a reputed university having no third class/equivalent CGPA in their academic career. Candidates having Post Graduation will be given advantage.
3. Experience:N/A
4. Job Location: selected candidates will have to serve the bank at any of its branches/offices. Candidates not willing to serve outside of Dhaka need not apply.
5. Age At most 30 year(s)
AGE LIMIT: Prospective candidates' age must not be more than 30 years as on 1 April 2018.
6. Salary and other benefits:
a. Tk. 28000
b. TO will get o monthly allowance of BDT 28.000 including benefits during the one-year trainee period with the bank. On successful completion of the trainee period (assessed by examination/evaluation), TO will be directly placed as Officer with monthly salary of BDT 32,000 (subject to Tax, if any).
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Only short listed candidates will be called for the Written Test. Based on merit, selective applicants will be asked to face interview.
