7. BPSC Secretariat Office Application Process Instructions:
a. Please prepare a color Photograph (Dimension 300x300 pixel JPG format within 100KB) and Signature (Dimension 300x80 pixel JPG format within 60KB).
b. Visit: http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd/ncad/home.php or http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd/ncad/apply.php
c. Application form (Click here to apply online)
d. Select your Post.
e.You should fill up all the information correctly.
f. Upload your photo and signature.
g. Preview your application
h. Finally, Submit Application.
i. Download your copy and print your Application copy for future reference.
j. Complete the payment in Teletalk mobile within 72 hours.

The applicant has to attend written exams and viva voice. The written exam’s syllabus will be found in here at www.bpsc.gov.bd. Preliminary objective tests or written will be held in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, and Rangpur.

Age: Applicant’s age is mentioned in the notice for All posts. For freedom fighter’s son or daughter, it wills highest 32 years old. But For freedom fighter’s grandson or granddaughter, it will be a maximum of 30 years old.


How to pay Application Fee via Teletalk SMS?

Candidates have to pay online application fees by Teletalk mobile phone. An application fee is BDT. 500.00. Candidates have pay application charge by Teletalk SMS.

Teletalk SMS process:

BPSCS<space>User ID and send to 16222
Example: BPSC NCRPQBCR send to 16222

After that applicant will get a reply SMS, here will be found 8 digit pin code then candidates will send 2nd SMS.

Reply: Applicant’s Name, Tk-500 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is (8 digit number). To pay fee Type BPSC<space>Yes<space>PIN and send to 16222

2nd SMS format:
BPSC<space>yes<space>pin and send it to 16222,
Example: BPSC YES (8 digit number) send to 16222

Reply Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for Non-cadre examination. User ID is (xxxxxxxx) and Password (xxxxxxxx).

If password is lost, please type BPSC<Space> HELP<Space> SSC Board<Space> SSC Roll<Space>SSC Year and Send to 16222.

8. Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) Secretariat Office Job admit card:
Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) Non-Cadre admit card authority Mobile SMS declaration will be published, Admit Card. Every applicant can download login with User Id and Password at http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd/ncad/home.php.



After pay the Applicant download admits card by using USER ID and password. Receiving an Admit Card by submitting a candidate’s examination fee cannot submit online application forms multiple times. If any candidate completes the application form online and completing the fee, his application will have been finalized.
